Every image in my portfolio is birthed through the laboratory of my own lived experience and through the lens of my body's inherent wisdom and knowing.  So it felt important to create a space where I could periodically share some of the back stories, the internal processing, and the life lessons that are embedded in the images you see on these pages.  I hope you enjoy these stories and that they enhance and illuminate
